    Robert is a trial and appeals lawyer who practices in Washington State and British Columbia and also has been admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales. He is past Chair of the International Practice Section of the Washington State Bar Association. His practice focusses on trans-border litigation matters.

    A member of the bars of Washington State and British Columbia, Wyatt has experience representing plaintiffs in trial and appellate courts on both sides of the 49th Parallel. He maintains a varied transnational litigation practice with a preferred focus on negligence, insurance and commercial disputes. He is the author of Lexis Canada’s “Cross-Border Torts – Canadian-US Litigation Strategies” and frequently serves as a speaker or presenter on multijurisdictional practice and civil procedure issues.

    Chiharu provides a broad range of advice and services to civil and commercial litigation clients based in Japan and abroad.  Fluent in English and Japanese, she played an essential role in our team’s multi-year successes in obtaining judgment enforcement, asset tracing and freezing orders and other remedies from the Canadian courts on behalf of a public lending subsidiary of the government of Japan.  Chiharu’s Osaka-based practice shares Pacific Juris’ focus on assisting clients with complex transnational litigation problems, whether for foreigners with interests in Japan or Japanese nationals engaged in disputes in North America or elsewhere around the world.
